ICTって？
ナレッジ！？情報共有・・・永遠の課題への挑戦 > やはりITは技術よりは運用が難しい : ITmedia オルタナティブ・ブログを読んでいて、ICTという略語が普通に使われていたんですけど、何の略語なのか分からなくてしばらく悩んでしまいました。ネタ元の総務省の報道資料、「ＩＣＴの利活用及び利用環境整備に関する現状評価について」でも、特に説明無く普通にICTという略語使われていますし。しばらく悩んだあげくにWikipediaで検索してみて疑問解消です。Information communications technologyの略語だったのですね。WikipediaでICTを検索するとwikipedia:ICTと略されるキーワード一覧がでてきて、情報通信技術 (Information and Communications Technology)の略らしいということで、wikipedia:情報通信技術をクリックしたら、wikipedia:情報技術にリダイレクトされました。要するにIT(Information Technology)でした(苦笑)。

ITとICTは関連していますけど意味合いが違っていますね。

そこで、google:IT]と[google:ICTを比較してみました。検索結果を見たんですけど、ICTがよく使われるのって、行政がらみの話が多いような…。
